This beautiful historic building boarding both Herne Bay and Ponsonby, had been sitting vacant for 1 year in need of a make over. When young restaurateur Hugo Baird laid eyes on the property he immediately saw the potential for a successful bar. He quickly signed the lease then surrounded himself with like minded and skillful people to create arguably the most beautiful bar in Auckland (maybe even NZ). ecostruction was tasked with the full management and construction of the project, with minimal notice and a very strict time line the challenge was on.
Our full project management service offered our client the peace of mind that every aspect of the job would be completed on time. From detailed construction programs to efficient ordering to save on costs, the project was a huge success. From Deconstruction to opening to the public the project was completed in record time.
Our goals were set and achieved, but most importantly we were open to the public 4 weeks before Christmas to allow our client to maximize returns on the busiest time of the year.
