Sustainable retail chain and wholefoods refillery GoodFor is rapidly expanding to keep up with the progressive and sustainable Aucklanders. Ecostruction worked on the retail fit-out for the original store in Ponsonby, a challenging job with an eco-skewed satisfaction. Ecostruction have partnered with GoodFor, and continue to project manage the fit-outs of their expanding stores.
Ecostruction completed repairs on this heritage villa in the heart of Ponsonby Rd. In a short time-frame, dangerous internal and external stairs were repaired, and general maintenance was executed around the property. Home to the iconic NZ publication, Remix Magazine, Ecostruction worked tirelessly around the staff’s main hours to ensure site safety. These small but important jobs have kept the property safe and minimised major costs for the property owner in the future.
Ecostruction also provide full Property Maintenance Services for commercial and residential property. The team recently worked on the newly leased office for iconic Kiwi design label, Federation. A number of tasks took place, from demolition, to installing glass partitions for meeting rooms, a revamping of the bathrooms, plastering and painting, and even water-blasting to breathe life back into the lunchtime courtyard and building exterior.
Ecostruction recently managed an entire office fit-out service for N3. The large 600 square metre office in Grey Lynn had a full makeover. In under just 4 weeks, multiple walls were removed opening up the space, a large new kitchen was installed, bathrooms were completely replaced, over 100 lights were replaced, 2 new boardrooms were created and the entire space was freshly painted. Ecostruction set goals and achieve them.
